Kevin Brown
Kevin started playing music at five and worked in his family’s construction business at 16. Kevin is a construction manager with over 30 years of experience in construction. He has been a Florida Licensed Certified Contractor since 2006 and a Certified General Contractor since 2015. Kevin has used innovative construction methods including building with insulated concrete forms because he believes that building sustainably is the best way to serve his customers. Building homes with quality products that are both time tested and environmentally friendly is featured in Piccolo Buildings, LLC.
His experience in both the building trades and environmentally responsible construction methods, combined with his love of art and music inspired him to establish Piccolo Buildings, LLC.,

Blanche has over 30 years of business experience with expertise in organizational management, leadership development and communications.

John Barrow
John is a talented designer who has designed numerous projects and tiny homes. John ‘s projects includes drafting for green buildings, historic preservation, new residences, additions, and remodeling. Consultant for Florida Main Street (National Trust for Historic Preservation).
